PranaMoon Month to Month Unlimited Yoga Agreement

Your Monthly Unlimited Yoga

• You are entering an agreement with PranaMoon Yoga LLC at 1000 North Division Street, Peekskill NY, for the Mala Unlimited Plan for month to month Unlimited Yoga Classes. No commitment is required, can be canceled at any time. Your Auto-Pay Plan is ongoing until you choose to cancel after initial 1 month agreement has been satisfied.

The Agreement:

• I agree to a Month to Month Option for Unlimited Yoga Plan at PranaMoon Yoga.

Agreement Rules and Policies:

• PAUSE: Your Mala Plan: During FIRST Month this plan can ONLY be paused for serious health reasons. This can NOT be done retroactively. Please let us know as soon as possible is a health issue arises.

• Workshop/Event Exclusion: Workshops, retreats, special events and private yoga sessions are completely separate from this plan and will be paid for separately.

• Unlimited plans can NOT be shared or transferred.

• NO REFUNDS for any reason on Mala Unlimited Monthly Option.

• Unlimited On-going weekly yoga classes (excludes workshops & monthly classes)
• 10% off special workshops
• $5 off on-going monthly classes
• Convenient monthly auto-pay from credit card
