SUN 6 Month Unlimited Plan
PranaMoon 6 Month Unlimited Yoga Auto-Pay Plan Agreement
Your Monthly Unlimited Yoga Auto-Pay Plan:
• You are entering an agreement with PranaMoon Yoga LLC at 1000 North Division Street, Peekskill NY, to charge your credit card each month on the Activation Date for Unlimited Yoga Classes. Your Auto-Pay Plan is ongoing until you choose to cancel after initial 6 month agreement has been satisfied.
The Agreement:
• I hereby authorize PranaMoon Yoga LLC to automatically charge my credit card each month for the price of a Monthly Unlimited Yoga Auto-Pay Plan.
• I agree that each month on the Activation Date of this agreement I will be charged $85.00 for my Monthly Unlimited Yoga Auto-Pay Plan.
• I agree to a 6 Month Payment Period for my Monthly Unlimited Yoga Auto-Pay Plan
• Unless I cancel within last month of 6 month plan, this will auto renew monthly at the end of 6 months.
Agreement Rules and Policies:
• Payment Failure Notification & Late Fee: Members will be notified immediately if their credit card fails to authorize payment for any reason. A $10 late fee will apply if a valid credit card is not provided within 5 calendar days of the payment failure date. Please Note: Your membership will be cancelled 30 days after initial payment failure if credit card information has not been resolved.
• If for any reason you decide to cancel before 6 month commitment there is an Early cancellation fee of $50.
• PAUSE: Your Sun Plan: You may pause this 6 month plan for one month during the 6 month time period for vacation or health reasons. This can NOT be done retroactively. Please let us know in advance for vacations or as soon as a health issues arises.
• Workshop/Event Exclusion: Workshops, retreats, special events, and private yoga sessions are completely separate from this plan and will be paid for separately.
• Unlimited plans can NOT be shared or transferred.
• NO REFUNDS for any reason on Auto-Pay Plan payments.

- $5 off ongoing monthly classes
- Convenient monthly auto-pay from credit card
- Option to Pause for one month for vacation or health issues
